We loved this space so much! It’s warm and welcoming and super quiet. There’s a rich history to the building that is unique and fun to explore. Bed is super comfy and wow that view is just breathtaking. The property is enchanting, with two koi ponds and outdoor spaces that are rare and peaceful. Great place to stay!

This was a perfect stay for our honeymoon! Back in the woods, off the main roads allow for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Back road access allows you to go into Pigeon Forge easily and you miss most of the traffic!

The pictures don’t do this view justice, what a gorgeous sight to see! The suite was beautiful and exactly what we were hoping for during our last minute honeymoon getaway. We would love to come back in the future!

We absolutely loved staying in our quaint little cottage room. It had a cozy fireplace and an AMAZING view. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but was close enough to drive in. Clean, organized rooms with beautiful views. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed coffee on the private balcony. Perfect getaway for couples. There are several restaurants and coffee shops within minutes of the cabin. Great location for all activities.

The suite and property are beautiful. We had the opportunity to have our wedding here and Heather and Pete went above and beyond to help make it special. We would highly recommend staying here and plan on returning. You get the best of both worlds by staying here and having a 40 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

A truly beautiful and quaint property in “the peaceful side” of the smokies, easy to find and close to many trailheads in Cades Cove. The Robert Mize room was like home away from home, complete with a Mountain View balcony, fireplace, and massive jacuzzi tub. The inn has a great eagle nest overlook you can easily climb up to have a clear view of the Smokies or you can just sit in a comfy chair in the dining room downstairs. What an amazing place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and rest your head at night — Highly recommended! Townsend is a great place to stay, surrounded by local shops and restaurants — the fact that it is a bit removed from the gatlinburg/pigeon forge area is a plus if you’re looking for a couple or individual weekend retreat.
